Description
Sometimes there is a dpkg failure and then synaptic asks the user to run "dpkg --configure -a"

It would be a great improvement if synaptic could propose the user to do it now, for example with an action button.
This action button would launch a terminal and prompt "sudo dpkg --configure -a" and shows the execution of the command

It would probably help newcomers that have such a problem the first time they try to use Ubuntu. We often meet new users that have such a problem on ubuntu forums
