GNS3 is just a GUI front end to Dynamips, which is already in the repository so I am not sure why GNS3 i not in there?
GNS3 rules I love it!

I agree. This is a fantastic program, that while not very mature is very stable. It is used extensively by Cisco support people from beginners to CCIE's.
