Description
Offer the possibility to translate some propositions for non english-speaking people. There are tons of users out there waiting to get their voice heard and other users willing to provide a translation to say french (I know I'd be willing to help), spanish, portuguese, italian, chinese or whatever. That feature would require moderation, sure, but it would also greatly improve the quality of the feedback.

The problem is, how would you handle that?
I mean, we can't have automatic translator.
So that means one Brainstom per language?
Please elaborate your idea!

My vision of this is:
A "Translate this to another" language. Then a language selector appears, you select your language, then type the translation, push submit. The translation is then sent to admins for moderation and filtering. Then, when a user browses Brainstorm he has a selector for the language if it is available.

The idea is to get everyone to sit around one table.
What you propose seems like telling the UN delegates to group themselves depending on the languages they speak. This is better left to forums.

The idea is not bad in theory, but I don't think this would work in practice. Brainstorm is too dynamic. You would end up with some amount of random ideas translated or partly translated. I doubt you would get a flood of completely new and fantastic ideas just because people could read and write them in portugese or urdu instead of english.
