OpenSync provides all of the functionality you are requesting - except for possibly file sync, which is covered by rsync (and whatever front-end you want to use).
Specifically, OpenSync provides sync functionality for Nokia phones, with Evolution, KDE-PIM, Google, etc.
This one should probably be re-classified as "already implemented" or "not an idea".

I know about OpenSync but I think its relay bad integrated. I'm not get it work with my nokia e51. It exist more then one syncing tool and with no one could easy synced.

If you have hardware or software that does not work with OpenSync, please file a bug report on the issue.
Marking as 'already implemented'

No. Is not implemented. And really not so like my idea. Give my idea a chance and ignore this trade. And please set the marking back. I changed the Global category to Look and feel.

AdlerHorst is right. There's OpenSync, there's Conduit and a herd of other tools, but they work very poorly. Syncing devices should be a no brainer, but in my case, it always took hours to setup and I often ended up with incomplete or duplicate entries. Or both.
It's also not a bug in one application only. It's systemic. All software that deals with contacts, tasks and events would benefit from a clear syncing solution. Today you can't even easily migrate between Thunderbird, Evolution and KOrganizer running on the same box.
I second the opinion it should be reopened and discussed.

The problem is, everything you write in Solution #1 exists, in the form of OpenSync, which *is* a good/extensible sync tool for Ubuntu.
If you believe it is "really bad integrated", explain why you believe that. Try to narrow your problem down to what doesn't work for you with OpenSync.
Then, you can determine if the proper recourse is to suggest some new/additional functionality here, or to submit a bug report with OpenSync.
