Description
Having Tomcat 6 packaged for a distribution targeted at the enterprise would make it a whole lot more appealing.

Apache Tomcat is the servlet container that is used in the official Reference Implementation for the Java Servlet and JavaServer Pages technologies.

what about any ppa for tomcat? it could be good solution even for ubuntu LTS version.

I'd also like to see Tomcat better integrated with a LAMP environment. Getting Tomcat up and running once a LAMP stack is installed has been quite tedious and usually ends up not working too great.
