Description
Most places have local internet radio stations (public and commercial free), there could be a community maintained database of urls for regional radio stations that get loaded to Rhythmbox when one installs Ubuntu, based on locale settings (or rhythmbox could just ask on first startup what country/town).

Case:
John installs Ubuntu for the first time, and without even having any music loaded he can listen to whatever is popular in his town/county/country, or even the news in his language.

------------
Edit:
Theres even a rather good list of national radiostations on:
http://www.radiotower.com/all-countries.html
Even though radiotower only links real streams on many of them, even though they do stream compatible formats directly from their websites.

This might be useful somehow if this idea would be implemented.

The list (having checked a few countries) seems very complete.
