Selected solution (#1):
Folders in Transmission

Like torrents could optionally be grouped together in folders. These folders would have their own priority selector and statistics much as a torrent groups the files within it. Folders would be added from the Torrent menu, branched from "+Add":

Selected solution (#2):
Easier sorting in Transmisson

It'll be great to implement easier sorting in Transmission download list.
Now this option is available only in "View" menu, which is not very obvious.
Sort options must be choosen with right-click.

Selected solution (#3):
Add-on interface

Such features that are only needed by few users (like folders, ability to stop seeding after reaching needed ratio, etc. ) can be implemented as Add-ons, like in Firefox.
