Pidgin OpenPGP / GnuPG encryption

The default instant messenger Pidgin should have the option to use GnuPG (OpenPGP standard) to encrypt messages.
Pidgin supports OTR, but OpenPGP can be used for offline messages, too. And beside that: there are many clients out there, which only support OpenPGP encryption but not OTR.
We need more encryption. We tempt users to use Pidgin (because "it was there"). So we should provide all possible ways, to ease these encryption stuff up for everyone. It's difficult for most of the users, and additional compatibility problems are not helpful.

I use pidgin to chat with people from different places of the world. So I write sometimes in french, spanish, english or portuguese.
It would be great to be able to switch language for automatic spell-check.
---------------
J'utilise Pidgin pour converser avec des gens de différents endroits du monde. J'écris parfois en français, espagnol, anglais ou portugais.
Ce serait vraiment bien de pouvoir facilement passer d'une langue à l'autre pour le correcteur orthographique.

How many times I have seen a newbie sending to a friend a picture from a camera. Usualy these pictures have a huge size, and the friend only wants a smaller picture.
My idea is to offer a auto-resize from the huge picture to a predefined sizes, (800x600, 1024x768, ...) and obviously the original size if it wants.

Pidgin without http tunneling for Google Talk - firewall blocks default port

When using Pidgin inside corporate network there is firewall that blocks almost all ports to the internet. So when Pidgin is using default ports to communicate to MSN, Google Talk, Yahoo etc firewall blocks ports and communication is not possible.
Pidgin has nice feature "Use HTTP Method" instead of default 1863 port when using MSN type of account. But for "Google Talk" there is no such option. I know Google Talk is able to communicate through http tunneling, because now I use Firefox web browser to communicate, but this approach has one limitation: the web browsers Google Talk web page has to be displayed and there is no notification if someone likes to talk to me.

As of know , when you type in the name of your buddy in the main window of pidgin , it would highlight your friend only if he is online , again to search him if he is not online , then you have to do show off-line buddies , which in-turn shows up a big list if you have many friends ;) , then again we have to type his name in the main window then get your buddy info.

pidgin: make online/offline-arrows green and red again

The small arrow-icon in front of a buddy who is just going on- or offline is really a helpful feature.
But since some of the last updates, this arrow is black in both cases. Before it was green for online an red for offline.
That was intuitive.
Please change it back. :-)
