Nautilus has many included features in right click, such as "create archive" and and "send to". However a few more things would be very helpful. A right click integration of GPG for encrypting files would be useful, along with the ability to access the file with root privileges (after a password prompt of course). There are others that I'm sure people wish they could just right-click and use, but those are the two that come to mind.
