Description
I have been hearing from a lot of Ubuntu users (and noticed myself) that most language versions have a lot to be desired. Some texts are missing, some are still in English and some are outright wrong. Even some texts regarding basic usage is left untranslated. In some newer releases I've noticed that a message that was previously fine, is now in English or missing. These can surely be fixed with updates, but I still think Ubuntu's language versions should be better out-of-the-box.

All in all, thanks Ubuntu-team for a great operating system :)

I've seen much Packages already translated on Launchpad, but they've not been accepted. I've got the feeling at least 30% of the Translations are laying around on Launchpad unused because no Maintainer accepts them. That's as well quite dissapointing for Translators.

Well, everybody can contribute to Ubuntu :) If you see untranslated documentation, you could go to the launchpad and translate it! Or, at least, make suggestion for some phrases...

That's how I started translating!

Yes, some packages aren't in launchpad (and some are even completely untranslateable!), but all changes, let's hope for the best ;)
