while basic support system is good and there is no replacement only few enhancements and few more features.because all the information cant be stored on single cd nor on users pc/laptop.
optionallive IRC chat,i have seen live irc into browser where user is given on spot id to chat with developers,i think mediaportal does.so if we can integrate this feature it would be great or integrate irc chat channel into pidgin.
