Idea #9924: Ability to search within sections in Synaptic

Essentially, what I mean is change the search functionality to a filtering functionality such that if you choose to look through results by Sections, Status, Origin, etc, filtering would occur within that subset of packages.

Use case: I am attempting to find a supported general purpose IDE within the Development section, as I'm tired of IDEs that continuously crash on me because they're not, well, very supported.
