Description
If I want to choose an icon, I can browse easily through the proposed icons from Gnome (default directory).

If I want to choose another icon (a generic one for a folder or a Surf place) I can browse trough all my hard disk drive BUT :

- I can only choose a folder, the icons doesn't appear in the browse window :-(
- There's a lot of directory which contains icons, and it's really difficult to know where to find you favourite icon :-(
- When you've found your icon, you still have to choose wich size applies to you (multiple choice for pixel size)

It will be very very appreciated if browsing icon could be more intuitive ! :-)

I don't know if displaying all of the icons on my hard disk will be possible, but I'm sure that it can be possible to display a panel which contains the icons in ALL the subdirectories of /usr/share/icons for example.
