Idea #9830: Show Downloaded "System Tools" under "System" or "Administration"

Description
Right now, if you install optional system tools like "Ubuntu Tweak" it installs it under "System Tools" in the main applications menu.

I think thats not needed as this programs are not so commonly used. I think adding them directly into "Administration" (best option) or creating a new category into "System" would be much better and would look cleaner!

It is an accessory, not something core of the OS.

Gparted is an accessory and not "something core of the OS" and when installed appears directly into Administration...
