Idea #9676: Icon Tab + Icon Picker

Add an icons tab to the appearance preferences (which i think would be better than having it inside of Themes>Customize) that allows you to install an icon pack easily and choose an icon one by one.

So, if you don't like a particular icon in the set, you can change it (just as you are able to change fonts) instead of having to go into the .icon folder and manually switch out the files.
