Description
It would be great to have a phone number that people could call and ask questions.
It would be quite simple and CHEAP to setup.
It would cost between 30 USD and 60 dollars a year to run. By getting a phone number via Gizmo or Skype. Then simply have calls forwarded to available operators.
Qualified volunteers, could then be ready to answer questions when they have time. The IRC support is great, but it is very difficult to get into a 1 on 1 conversation with someone that actually has time and patience.

canonical offers commercial support. If you'd like that quality of service, purchasing the support is the way to go (plus, you're supporting ubuntu development).

Canonical offers business support, not consumer support or per-incident support (If they do, please point me to it) I have been looking for something like this for clients of mine.
