Rationale
Make a tool to allow users to edit the PC´s GRUB easily.
With images, backgrounds, efects and even could manage themes, like user selection sreen.

Isn't GRUB only a bootloader (GRand Unified Bootloader)? Why should there be images and fancy stuff like that before an OS is even starting? In general, GRUB doesn't even need configuring. It already lists the OS's that you have and the list is automatically updated when your kernel is updated. Maybe you mean the login manager?

Startupmanager doesnt recognize Windows systems so it's not usable for the Windows-changing people. And all the others may enter
