Description
It would be great if network manager could do a security audit on your access point; that is, invoke the aircrack-ng tools (say) to try to recover the WEP key, wrapped in an easy-to-use interface.
People concerned about the possibility for misuse ought to note that ubuntu already packages several network auditing tools that lets you do nefarious stuff if you're so inclined (like, say, aircrack-ng).

I'd say great idea, but I'd rather not have my grandfather transform into a script kiddie if I install Ubuntu on his computer.

Do not provide dangerous tools to people who do not know how to use them. Do not tempt younsters with easy tools that help them to perform illegal actions. I know that it is possible to install those tools, but you know to know that they exist, and you need to know how to use them. They require a certain level of knowledge, preventing 'normal' users to harm systems just by trying them.
