But the number of votes is only one of the factors that would make Brainstorm a success. One of the other factors is the usefulness of Brainstorm for the developers. At the moment, it is not optimal: a good portion of the ideas concerns specific piece of software, and there is no easy way to "tag" an idea to a software. That's something we are working on.

There is no reason to think that users who suggest ideas have or should have the ability to get them implemented (either by persuation or own direct efforts).

As nand says we need a way to categorize ideas by applications in cases where that makes sense (some ideas are not application specific, like this one...)
