If what he means is GUI Apparmor in Ubuntu, thats great idea. I have a problem with creating apparmor profile for all application.

Sounds like a great idea for me, assuming AppArmor does provide good protection. I wouldn't know, I've never used it, on account of it not having a GUI. Seems rather silly adding the backend for an application and no way for the average user to use it.

My opinion much better to work under tomoyou-gui which is already using in Manrdiva. Just tried to use it into Ubuntu but have some troublesd due to policies not saving etc.
so just take source codes from rpmfind and adopt it to ubuntu
