Idea #8697: Create "lock-sceen" dialog that looks similar to the login-window

Description

The "locked-sceen" dialog currently looks somewhat plain and boring. From a user point of view I think it would be better if it shared some of the artwork that appears on the login-screen.

So my suggestion is that the "locked-screen" dialog should be ubuntu-stylized in order to look more appealing, preferably looking similar to the default login-window.

I like the current "locked screen" dialog.
It is simple, and useful.
