Description
Add DirectX 10.1 support for Wine.

This will make Linux a more attractive platform for gamers who currently use Windows but who wish to move to Linux.

This is likely in the works now but obviously isn't very easy for Wine to do... remember, Wine is taking on a pretty big project: simulate exactly the way Windows works, from scratch - not a walk in the park. Wine isn't even version 1.0 yet, remember.

I think it won't make. A gamer will pay for Windows just to have pleasure.

The Ubuntu developing team has nothing to do with Wine, that is the Wine team http://winehq.org/

Wine should definitely support all the Windows API too. DirectX, Win32, .NET, COM, RPC, SEH, VEH, DCOM, OS/2, Driver foundation, Win16, DOS, and everything else.

Are you willing to wait until 2015?
