Description
Many times we just vote without comment, so it's good that we could see in our dashboard who voted for our ideas.
Why is this good idea?
If this is implemented you could click on one of those that voted for your idea and see if his or hers ideas and ideas and ideas that hi voted for are similar to your thinking.
It's like: "hey this guy / gal liked my idea let me see if I like other ideas that he / she voted for"
Why could be this bad idea?
Voting up ideas that you don't like just in hope that those that came up with this idea vote yours ideas, as sing of thanks. But that's pretty lame (hopefully nobody does that)

Addition to this idea (not needed to be implemented)
It would be also useful to know who voted your idea down.
Why is this good idea?
Many times people that vote down don't comment. With this you could see who voted down and maybe through help of his ideas and ideas he / she promoted / demoted understand why your idea was voted down.
Why is this very bad idea?
Because of retaliation (hope nobody would do that)

I vote against this idea, because I don't think Auzy likes this idea.

I think this is OK. What I don't like is that you can currently see everyone's negative votes.
But, I vote for this idea since I don't think Auzy likes this idea. And, because it doesn't involve any slave labor.

if everyone can see everone else's positive and negative votes in their user profile, then I don't see why this idea should be bad. It will just display the data already available in a new way.
If however, the admins wake up and decide against allowing all to see all's votes, then this would obviously be bad.
+1, but only until the policy of letting others see other's votes is reneg'd.

This is exactly how Mugabe got elected in Zimbabwe...

WTF?
But its true, I don't really like it... because it encourages people to group together and form little clans where they follow each others votes. I'd prefer if we didn't even have names overall on here
