Idea #8463: Prevent duplicate bug attachments

Description

Every 2nd post here seems to be attached to "Bug #1: Microsoft has a majority market share"

It was HAHA funny to begin with, but now its gotten out of hand, and people should actually be filing PROPER bug's/feature requests anyway.

In fact, I'd imagine that it actually screws up the status system too.

I think this is already implemented; Last time I tried to post bug #1 I couldn't it said it's already posted and that I should take a look at that post...

Maybe its been fixed? Because like I said, I have seen dozens posted against #1. Or maybe there is a bug in there..
