Idea #8415: Firefox-like "find bar" in Konqueror (Ctrl+F)

Written by droetker the 12 May 08 at 10:23. Related project: Konqueror. Status: New
Rationale
I'd like to see a searchbar in Konqueror like the one in firefox, at the bottom. I don't mean a "google search bar" but the one if you press Ctrl+F to search something within the page.

The bar needs less space than the current window, it is faster and more comfortable to search, and you don't have another window open.
And the main reason for me is: Firefox searches WHILE you are typing, you don't have to press enter.

Kmail does this in a very good way when searching for a mail, even adept_manager can do this.
