Description
this will allow:

right clicking even if the list of files is to long to get whitespace at the bottom,

drag select,

drag and drop in list view

I don't really get this idea, could you explain it a bit more. Why can't you right click with a full row select?

Do you, in fact, want some white space at the bottom of a nautilus window, so you can access the right click menu with "create folder", "zoom in/out" etc? That's something I would like.

When there are more files/folders then can fit in a window, you don't have that whitespace.
