Description
The blocked popup notification in Firefox should give an option to show the popup, that has just been blocked without changing any settings neither globally nor for the site.

Yeah, it would be a nice with a "Show this popup" (which is "just show this one popup this one time") in the yellow notification bar.

It is already there. Just look at the bottom of the menu. There will be one or more entries labeled with the URL(s) of the blocked popup(s). Clicking will open the popup, though is will also close the bar (which might be annoying if you - after reviewing the popup - wanted to whitelist the site).
