Description
When you login, if you type wrong username/password, there will be a slight delay before it lets you try again. This is a security feature.
I propose that we decrease (or remove) the delay on the first failed login attempt. It would be a convenience.
The other failed attempts (after the first failed attempt) would still have a delay though.
This would make the system more forgiving if you type wrong, yet still maintain security.

decrease delay on wrong password each time we have to type our password.
In opensuse when you type a wrong password it tells it to you once you press enter

A very minor thing... it makes sense, but I'd rather have problems fixed and major features added.

francois,
I don't think its a good idea to have no delay on each and every failed attempt, since then users can try to guess the password.
But having no delay or decreased delay on the first failed attempt makes sense.
dry_carton,
Yes, its a very minor thing. But polish is important too.
Sometimes its the small little things that make it great, and are appreciated.
