  <description><![CDATA[There are many bits and pieces of that information in disparate places around the 'net, but there are very few where it is pulled together in a sensible way.  And even fewer where a 'noob' would come across it.  <br /><br />So, I agree with an idea to bring it together in an easily understood way, but as Warbo suggests it should be in a place a 'noob' is likely to come across it.  <br /><br />After all, it isn't the sort of stuff that would be easily googled.<br /><br />Vote = +1]]></description>
