Idea #6970: Link to brainstorm from Ubuntu

Written by MrTim the 14 Apr 08 at 03:48. Related project: brainstorm.ubuntu.com. Status: New
Rationale
The default installation of Ubuntu should have a link to brainstorm in the default installation. Personally I'd put in system > help > Ubuntu Brainstorm, or create a new menu item system > contribute > Ubuntu Brainstorm.

I think that is a great idea. It will encourage people who never heard of Brainstorm to use the system.

Bu the way, I think there should also be such a link to Launchpad, to ease bug reporting.

Link from default Firefox homepage would be a good solution for this idea...

I created that old dupe, I love the idea of brainstorm and using crowd-sourcing etc.. and wish it was better promoted, that's why I posted this idea, which (back when I posted it) was not a dupe...
