Rationale
When i install ubuntu server install asks for webmin or if ubuntu server team has time ubuntu web configure and administrate the server like webmin and other like webmin.
It must close easy like plesk, webmin, virtualmin and others.

Let me summarize what I believe he is saying:

Just as Ubuntu Server has preconfigured options for installing LAMP, mail, SSH (terminal admin), FTP, etc., there should be a similar option for installing a webmin (or similar) web-based sysadmin program that integrates easily with the rest of the system.
