Idea #6527: Use vertical writing if the bottom panel is moved to the side

Rationale
If the top panel is moved from the top to the side, its entries are written vertically. But if the bottom panel is moved to the side, its entries are still written horizontally (and there is no space for anything except three dots).
It would be better, if the bottom panel could switch to vertically written entries too.
