Description
Improve deskbar-applet showing someway the percentage that it has indexed of total and the possibility of start reindexing.

Well, deskbar-applet and trackerd (the indexer) are two different things, so it makes this a bit more complex (just have to make sure that trackerd is installed and running before displaying it). Right now in hardy, the indexer puts a status icon in the system tray that does something similar to this (not a percentage, "10/100 files indexed").
