Idea #6467: Have dhcpcd package on the cd

I and a few others need dhcpcd in order to connect to the internet, because our cable modems do not work together with the normal Ubuntu dhcp program (this is not a bug, this is something fundamental, that has been so for years).
The package dhcpcd is tiny (~50k) and having it in the cd install source (like ndiswrapper) would make things easier, because we would not always need to think ahead and have that downloaded through another system.
