Description
place a shortcut for run(alt+f) on to desktop or panel or places,list all runnable commands inside "Run" in help.
Ability to Lock panel.Also autocomplete function inside
dictionary,search,run etc

gmrun is quite a good program that features autocomplete.

It's already here : alt-f2 and starting to type "tot" completes to totem.
