Idea #5908: Offer to install the needed Gtk Engine

Description
When a user install a new theme based on a Gtk engine that isn't installed yet, Ubuntu provide no error message!
Ubuntu should offer to install the needed Gtk engine, like it does with the codecs.

decent idea; I think most people will never need to use it, if it did exist.

Offering to install the correct might be a bit overkill... but at least an alert message should be shown.
