Description
When a user install a new theme based on a Gtk engine that isn't installed yet, Ubuntu provide no error message!
Ubuntu should offer to install the needed Gtk engine, like it does with the codecs.

Offering to install the correct might be a bit overkill... but at least an alert message should be shown.
