this is impossible but can very help new linux users to programming for this platform. Now is too hard.
I like programming and sometimes write some code but on Linux is too hard for me. I know about Anjuta and glade but....
Anjuta - ok
Glade - ok
how use GTK = bad
how use glade with my .c source - bad
summary i dont know how write program for linux.

This IDE possible can help to write and populate linux platform. But i think that is to beautyful that could be possible.

If my understanding of what my programmer friends
tell me is correct, that's already been done and it's
called Eclipse.
http://www.eclipse.org/

Apparently, some Java programmers prefer Eclipse over,
even, IntelliJ.

It sounds like you're looking for dynamic code creations for your GUI. Try Code::Blocks. Its wxSmith plugin allows for this.

Eclipse, code::blocks, kdevelop, I always forget the name of the gnome ones, you got plenty of tools available, use them.

There actually used to be a version for Linux called Kylix. It was short lived however. I still have it laying around here somewhere. Unfortunately, it was pretty bad.
