Idea #5875: Deinstall via right-click in Application menu

bug This idea is a duplicate of Idea #2656: Easy application uninstall.
Written by elias1884 the 27 Mar 08 at 22:31. Category: System. Related project: Nothing/Others. Status: New
Rationale
I want to be able to right-click on any application starter icon in the Application Menu, in the panel, on the desktop or elsewhere and choose deinstall in the appearing context menu.

This would be a great usability enhancement and a really cool twist!

Why should I have to go and search for the Application I want to deinstall in Synaptic or the Add/Remove thingy when the easiest way to find the Application is the Application menu!
