those ideas that are already implemented about
brainstorm,doesnt make sense to keep them,also increases
space for others,after implementation this idea too

If you remove an idea just because it's implemented someone else will come along and post it again not realizing why it's not there already. Close the voting on implemented ideas (if possible) but please don't remove them.
