Rationale
This is one of the first things I change on my fresh Ubuntu installations. Because I would eliminate at all the possibility to delete or overwrite a file or a directory for a distraction.

Duped by a few similar ideas in the past.
http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/1864/ is an example of one that is similar.

My reason for making this -1 is obvious.. Lots of scripts use rm, cp and mv commands so this could result in 20 prompts for a basic script.
