Description
In Konqueror there is the right-click option saying "Copy To" / "Move To" - would be great to have that implemented in Nautilus.

No bloat...

I agree... with the "no bloat" thing, I mean.

This should be taken care with a Nautilus script or something like that

come on - two more points, which really help in everyday-life isn't bloating?!

It is a matter of philosophy: "keep it slender even if it means a couple of clicks more for the user" vs "give the user every possible option even if it turns out gargantuan".
I think that the "send to" option could be improved to include local positions as well as bluetooth... so this idea is not entirely to discard.

Middle-clic already does it in Nautilus...

Middle click opens the selected directory in a new window, at least for me.
It does not give any "send to" option.

Anyway, if you want to send straight to a device or something, then drag the directory/file onto the name of the device in the left pane.

Scripts are more bloat than simply adding a command that takes a couple lines of code in the actual executable.

Nautilus does have some serious bugs, primarily in the copy process (but there are a huge number of others). Me, I'd rather see the scripting removed completely and focus put on making the actual nautilus itself working properly. I'd rather have them fix just some of the bugs. And I'd rather have features.

So, I say no to bloat too, but to handle the no bloat in the most appropriate way...rid us of scripting, etc. Get the programmers to focus on users as human beings.

@Sukarn: mea culpa, I thought you were talking about the middle-clic-drag for files (which shows a Copy/Move/Link contextual menu).
