Idea #5781: Improve TimeVault

Description
It has already (http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/3282/) been suggested to improve the interface of TimeVault.

In my opinion that's not enough. I wanted to use TimeVault to backup my laptop on an external device but it doesn't really work. When the device is not plugged in it saves the files to the folder where the drive is usually mounted instead of memorizing the differences and backing them up later.

That's just an example, I think TimeVault has a great potential but is not yet as usable as Apple's Time Machine.

Yes, I fully agree with you. TimeVault could bee a great program, but it seems for me quite buggy.

I'm not a developer so the only I can do is to ask for a timevault improvement.

Please, do not let this program die, because "TimeVault has a great potential".
