Description
maybe I'd rather switch to root in my terminal session than enter 'sudo' a thousand times.
This is a huge time waster for me, especially since I just came from Gentoo Linux and I've made terminal a part of my daily life. I understand that a user should be protected from one's self. But, come on.

There's already an root terminal, but it's turned off by default.
Use alacarte-menu editor and turn on Root Terminal -icon from System Tools -submenu.

maybe you should use 'sudo su', or maybe you not use the terminal at all since you don't even know this simple command or maybe you should google before posting unnecessarily or maybe I should remind you that ubuntu is for non-technical human beings or maybe I should not even be replying here...

There are numerous ways to enter a root terminal session. I don't think using them is unreasonable. Setting up a root account by default would be a step in the wrong direction.
You can set up a root account or use one of the options presented.
Voted no.

As people have mentioned, sudo bash is the correct approach, and accomplishes the same thing anyway.
Having root hanging around wont accomplish anything extra
