Description
* "Services" is hard for me because there is no description about them.
* "Sessions" is also complicated i think. I can't understand some tabs as a new user.
* I want to add/remove programs to startup easy.
* my startup profiles must be transferred easily to my brothers' account.

Personally I dont see how Services and Sessions could be made much simpler.

Once again it's a terminology program - many people don't know what services and sessions are.

This will be done on the next linuxmint version because ubuntu makes it a bit complicated (don't know if thats a bad thing..).
but some programs are not very safe to be made to startup, as they may halt the system.

At least a description would be better than nothing to let the user know what they are about to fiddle with :P

When I try to add new to the start-up programs list, it asks me for the command-line and chances are I don't know it. The Add dialog should be able to select any program from the Applications menu, just like Application Launcher in Add to Panel.

Fully agree. Typing in the title, the command line, and the description while they are already available in the Applications menu is at least inconvenient.
