Idea #533: Introduce An Extended Ubuntu CD/DVD

Rationale
Currently available to download/shipped CD contains very small number of packages, and one has to manually download loads of packages to start working properly.
Idea of having a slim CD is good, but we should also have an Extended version like other distros have so that we have everything available in our DVD and we can choose what to have in our OS while installation.
Please include educational packages; even Edubuntu has so little of them.

I think all of "main" is on the DVD, it just doesn't let you install it during the actual installation.

It could be an optional second CD with those non essential packages.
