Description
It would be great for a utility to transfer settings/files to a new computer when you install Ubuntu on another computer. Through a USB Cable, Ethernet, or Crossover cable a quick way to transfer photos, music, vids, setting, program over to the new box.

AKA: Computer Migration Utility

Like copy/paste your home directory?
In that case, it's implemented since the first Unix.
If you talk about some of your system configuration (the one you do with root) I don't think it could be transfered to a new computer (because your new computer won't tolerate your xorg.conf or need the laptop mode)
