Description
Especially in an office environment, a lot of computer idle time is actually spent at the login screen. There doesn't appear to be any way to manage power at the login screen - e.g. turn monitors off, hard drivers down etc.

Very good idea.
Many computers start automatically at the morning on work. Then wait for employees to arrive.
