Description
When an application is maximized, the main bar (File, Edit, etc. ...) has the possibility that this is integrated into the top panel (as mac) and left more room to work.

I'm not sure how one would go about implementing this (especially on X), but I think it'd be a nice option to have!

KDE has this, but predictably enough it only works with KDE apps. I don't think this would be easy to implement for different applications using the various different toolkits available. Plus it's a pretty useless feature, really.

I hope that Ubuntu will never be like this crap for noobs. They've got the worst installing system I've ever seen (drag and drop lol) and much more of crappy things...
