Description
Possibility to drag-and-drop items in the deskbar for ordering these how user want: one the last one, one the first, ...
good if you want to program first in deskbar and you launched in the last position.

Isn't Deskbar supposed to learn and adapt to your use and put the most used apps at the top automatically? Isn't that better?

Is it true? Anyway, you want put always terminal in the first position (even if deskbar put it in the last position)
