Description
having to manual sync the time and then watch it drift off sync is ridiculous. that shouldn't happen.

Right click on clock applet -> select "Adjust Date & Time" -> under "Configuration:" select "Keep synchronized with Internet servers"

Er... if it's a known bug, you should have used the "Attach a bug" feature to let us know about it and not be critical of us when we don't "research" it.
